Our values
We communicate with each other respectfully, honestly, and responsibly. Personal experiences are explicitly stated as personal experiences. Assumptions, AI content, or advertising must not appear as genuine personal or medical facts. No one is demeaned on the basis of gender, origin, identity, sexual orientation, disability, illness, religion, or way of life.

Binding personal commitment
I will publish only content that I am permitted to take responsibility for, label personal experiences as such, respect other people, and not present assumptions as medical facts. I will not publish third-party data, diagnoses, promises of a cure, dangerous treatment recommendations, advertising, or unlawful content. I am aware that approved posts become public and are editorially reviewed before publication.
